Windows Phone 7

Microsoft won't allow UI mods on Windows Phone 7. That hasn't stopped HTC from bringing their trademarked Sense UI feel to WP7 though - instead of replacing the homescreen outright, they added apps that replicate a lot of current Sense UI's features.
This videos could potentially be a fake - but a lot of work went into it, too much for an Internet prank. If they are real though, Sense enabled Windows Phone 7 from HTC will raise eye-candy to levels seen only in prototypes.
Here's the first video - everything happens with smooth 3D animations. Everything. The notes application is wonderfully ornate and the weather app adds fly through clouds animation to the already elaborate setup.

Some of the apps look like cute toys - like the "Loves me, loves me not" game and that app with the flashlight icon (they don't show it, but what could it be other than a flashlight app).
As cool as those animations are (and they are very cool), on a day to day basis they'll probably become an irritating delay more than a feature. Most likely they can be turned off, when you get bored with them. Oh, and was that copy and paste support we saw? Windows Phone 7 doesn't have one usually.
